Location is great, very easy access to most major landmarks tourists will want to cover, as well as subway stations and bus stops close by. Staff was great, very friendly at reception. Few extras were certainly appreciated, such as the free waterbottles (as many as you need through your stay), all day availability of free coffee, tea and hot water, as well as some delicious cookies at tea time. Breakfast buffet was nice with a great mix of items, but they could change it up a bit from day to day. We stayed 7 days and the only thing that typically changed was the type of sausage. The rooftop terrace is very nice when the weather is good. Microwave is available in lobby. The hotel is on the flower street so everyday the street was lined up with beautiful plants and flowers for sale.

Room was clean and comfortable. Heating and air was easy to manage for our comfort. In shower toiletries were a plus. There was enough variety for breakfast. Each morning I had eggs coupled with either an english muffin, a waffle, or oatmeal. There were still enough eggs even on our late mornings. Lots of fixings for oatmeal too: nuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds, and brown sugar. There was also bananas and fresh strawberries. Soy milk was available for coffee but not almond milk. Lastly, they offered free bottled water to guests.

The place is strategically located.lots of sightseeing places nearby,restaurants ,shops,train stations etc Breakfast was good.Fresh and warn. Rooms though a bit small ,are neat and good

Hotel is clean, warm, daily room service and in a great location. 12 noon check out time was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was really appreciated. They offered a good selection. The eggs were nice and moist. Sometimes they are dry and unattractive at other hotels. The location was great - many choices for restaurants, proximity to subway and walkability to Times Square. Also, the king bed was fantastic and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Darren at the Front desk always had a big smile on his face and tried to help us out to make our stay more enjoyable whenever he could! Overall the employees of the hotel were extremely friendly and service-oriented, also Tina at the breakfast buffet was amazing with our little kids.

The door on my room was broken, so I was upgraded to the 16th floor to a much larger room with a view! The location is superb...close to Penn station, which I used; walking distance to see Broadway shows; lots of restaurants and right on 28th street are several florist shops(if you like flowers, like I do).....Lots of variety for breakfast...eggs, hard boiled and scrambled, turkey bacon, choices of cereals, waffle maker, fresh fruit juices, coffee, of course, muffins, bread, bagels. Bedding was terrific, as were the towels!!!
